Topic: Leading Without Authority; Delivering Value While Guiding Cross-Functional Teams.

Description: In this fireside‑chat conversation, Strategic Sourcing Director Dub Edwards (Indovinya/Indorama) joins ISM‑Houston for a candid, experience‑driven discussion on what it truly takes to lead without authority and still deliver meaningful value across complex, cross‑functional environments.

Procurement, Supply Chain, and Purchasing professionals are routinely asked to guide teams that span Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, EH&S, and other shared services. Yet the authority to direct those teams rarely comes with the role.

Dub brings decades of perspective from Indorama, Phillips 66, and Shell, offering real‑world insight into how procurement earns influence, builds alignment, and drives outcomes without owning the org chart.
